The fill line is the top rail of the dumpster. No items should stick above or over the top railing when the dumpster is picked up. This is both a safety requirement and a legal one — overloaded dumpsters cannot be transported safely on public roads. If your dumpster is over the fill line when we arrive for pickup, we may need to remove the excess before hauling, which could result in additional charges. Rule of thumb: if you’re not sure if it will fit, call us. We’d rather help you choose the right size upfront than deal with an overfilled dumpster on pickup day.
